Travelers may change the departure date once at no charge if notice is given at least 5 days in advance. From the second change onward, a surcharge of 200,000 VND per traveler applies. Switching to another tour follows the actual fare difference.

All tours include basic travel insurance under Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism regulations. Maximum compensation is 30,000,000 VND per traveler per incident. Additional coverage is recommended for family trips and private tours.
Provide the confirmed itinerary, service tier, and tour conditions as agreed.
Notify travelers early when departure timing changes because of weather, operations, or minimum passenger count.
Support incident handling while the tour is in progress.
Provide complete personal information, documents, and special requests before departure.
Arrive on time at the pickup point and follow the coordinator's instructions.
Take care of personal belongings and remain responsible for high-value items.
A tour is held after the deposit is paid successfully and confirmation is sent by Vietphong Mekong through Zalo, email, or hotline.
Displayed prices include the services listed on each tour. Single-room surcharges, holiday surcharges, or personal expenses are shown separately.
Travelers should report pregnancy, allergies, or special meal requirements in advance so the operations team can prepare suitable support.
In the event of natural disasters, epidemics, flight suspensions, or official government orders, Vietphong Mekong prioritizes date changes or refunds based on the supplier's actual policy.
